Organic Chitrak Root Powder (Plumbago zeylanica)

Suggested Usage:
Powder: Take ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
Capsules: Take 1–2 capsules (Size 0) once or twice daily with warm water, or as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
