Rakta Chandana, also known as Red Sandalwood, is traditionally used in Ayurveda to support healthy skin and promote a cooling effect on the body. It is valued for its ability to balance pitta and kapha doshas and is often used both internally and externally to soothe inflammation and purify the blood.
